Coach Cari is an RRCA Level II certified running coach and loves all things related to running, including 5Ks, trail running, half marathons and marathons. Her passion is helping other woman train for and complete Marathons. She is also the head coach of the Centerville Striders Elementary XC team. When not running or coaching, she is an engineer, a sleep deprived book addict, wife, & mother.
